Andy Bacon

Andy comes to us with a background in Engineering, Construction & Project Management, primarily on the International scene. His approach to Real Estate Investing is concentrated on problem solving and saving time, as he is consistently looking for systematic ways to improve each every aspect of the business.

Andy specializes in “figuring things out” as he likes to say. He is quick to point out that his success can be attributed in large part to three main areas;

  • Taking action, which meant getting totally out of his comfort zone when he first started.
  • Systems, he quickly learned that getting systems in place was an absolute necessity to growing any business.
  • Education, his enduring enthusiasm for the business has helped him to become a student of many and has reaped the benefits that others have offered.

Since going full time in Real Estate, Andy has been involved in over 70 Fix and Flips, has bought and sold over $10,000,000 in real estate (since Jan. 2009) using virtually none of his own money and with little to no financial risk at all. Andy has also been involved with negotiating numerous “creative” property acquisitions and currently continues to buy and sell 4-8 properties per month. Andy also takes great pride in his ability to train and educate other investors in the same methods and systems that he has and continues to use daily. This is why he has worked with more than 200 past and current students today.

Brad Podhajsky

Brad Podhajsky is a full-time investor, wholesaler, author and Real Estate Broker. He is also the Principal of Investors Realty Resource Of Colorado (IRROC), one of the largest and fastest growing real estate investment clubs in Colorado.

Brad has been investing in real estate for over 8 years. He originally earned his real estate license in order to broker businesses along with real estate. His experience from reviewing and valuing hundreds of small businesses has given him unique insight into teaching students how to make a profitable business out of real estate investing – not a hobby!

Brad started doing fix & flips with mobile homes by purchasing them directly from banks for pennies on the dollar. Today, in addition to buying and selling 3-4 properties per month, his company is one of the largest property wholesalers in the Denver metro area.
